Rochester-Bern Executive Programs is a Swiss foundation cooperating closely with the universities of Rochester (USA) and Bern (CH). For 30 years, we have been offering  further education for executives.

Rochester-Bern faculty includes renowned academics from top business schools in Europe, Switzerland, the United States and Asia. Our professors have strong didactical skills and a solid foothold in the business world.

Classes are made up of executives and managers whose background include finance, manufacturing, business administration, IT, engineering, law, medicine, and other fields.

To qualify for the program, we require:

  • A university degree (or equivalent) plus at least 5 years of management experience (as a project or line manager)
    or
    Over 10 years of high-level managerial and leadership experience in lieu of academic qualifications
  • Middle or senior level management experience with the potential for taking on increased responsibilities within the organization
  • A convincing character and the ability to work in a team
  • The ability to set priorities to successfully balance your job, studies, and personal life
  • Fluency in English

Tuition fees

Fees for the Executive MBA program include tuition as well as expenses and amount to CHF 75,000 (plus optional Master thesis CHF 3,000). You may pay in three instalments spread over three fiscal years to benefit from a tax reduction.
