If you have already attended the TRE® basic course at University Sports and would like to deepen your trembling process individually, then the TRE® deepening course is just right for you. On the two evenings of the course, we will cater to your needs and wishes. Register first, then benefit.

High speed, a wide variety of strokes, intense rallies, playable side walls - that's squash. And all of this will take place again regularly at Unisport from 18 November 2024. Register now so you don't have to worry about fully booked squash courses (and all that) later.

Riding (bike) fun

Every Wednesday evening at 6.15 pm, both beginners and advanced riders meet up to go mountain biking together. Goal: Climb one of the hills around Bern. Afterwards: Speed down the trail. Will it be fun? Definitely - and how. Watch the video here.

In our rowing courses, you glide alone or in a team boat across the picturesque Wohlensee. And along the way, you'll work on your endurance, agility, balance and strength. The only thing you can't do once you've signed up is row back.
