With flying yoga, your (yoga) world turns upside down. With a cloth hanging from the ceiling, you practise your asanas suspended in the air. The cloth carries and supports you during your exercises. Thanks to the interaction of gravity, your body's ability to move is enhanced and your muscles are strengthened.
