Indoor cycling – comparable ascending and descending a slope by bike – is an endurance program that encourages both physical and mental well-being in the rider.
As it is possible to individually vary the resistance level, indoor cycling is a sport that is suitable for everyone. For absolute beginners it is a perfect way of getting into endurance training, and for endurance athletes an interesting counterbalance to their normal training program.
