MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) offers mindfulness training for stress reduction that is based on scientific findings and teaches mindfulness exercises. Studies have shown that the specific practice of mindfulness can help many people achieve better concentration, inner peace, improved (stress) coping strategies and increased well-being.

MBSR is generally suitable for anyone who either suffers from stress or is simply interested in mindfulness. Stress can be understood in a very broad way - be it work stress, relationship stress, deadlines, etc.. Mindfulness also offers a more conscious approach to the joys of life. The course is non-denominational and is therefore open to all.
