Slacklining is a fashionable sport that is similar to tightrope walking. It involves balancing on a soft, elastic line strung between two anchor points. This activity calls for interaction between balance, concentration and coordination. In recent years slacklining has become a sport of its own and is also excellent supplementary training for disciplines such as climbing, skiing/snowboarding and combat sports.

In addition to free training on the slackline, at University Sports you also have the opportunity to attend free Acrobatics training or try out Acro Yoga, Cyr Wheel or Poledance. In the free Manege training you will also get to know different forms of movement.
