YOGA – experience body, mind and breathing
In practice, various postures (asana) and movement sequences are gradually learned. The breath, as it comes and goes, is observed. More and more mindfulness is developed on the path of practice. The mind comes to rest and one reflects on the essentials. In yoga, strength and flexibility, but also balance and concentration are trained to a high degree.
