A.827 So central and yet quiet! 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom

A quieter location so close to everything is hard to find. In the front Länggasse, 4 minutes' walk to the train station, 8 minutes to the old town. Close to many university buildings and Inselspital.
Cozy, bright little apartment, up two flights of stairs (third, top floor of our home). One very comfortable Norwegian box-spring bed, the second is a good quality sofa bed. Separate kitchen, large bathroom and cozy hallway. The floors/living rooms are separated from the staircase by lockable, curtained sliding glass doors. It is a historic and listed building (1889, the first major project by Albert Gerster, the architect of the Bern Riding School), a bourgeois town house. Accordingly, we are not equipped with every comfort (e.g. the kitchen appliances are from the 20th century, and a piece of enamel is missing from the bathtub with claw feet), and the wooden floors creak from time to time. We love living here (having recently returned from abroad) and look forward to welcoming you! Don't worry about your kids or pets clattering around, we love having life in the house.
Oh, and regarding pets: We live on the first floor with two cats and a very well behaved assistance dog.
