Produce Videos Yourself
There are many ways to create videos yourself. If you do not have much experience with video production, you may want to consider seeking professional support or advice.
If your video is for teaching purposes, please visit the Educational Videos website and contact the Support Centre for ICT-Aided Teaching and Research (iLUB).
Good preparation for a video production includes a well-thought-out video concept and script, thorough planning of the video recordings, post-production and publication.
(Semi-)professional video production is also possible with simple equipment, but the effort involved should not be underestimated. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the basics by reading about the topic or watching suitable video tutorials. Key aspects to consider include camera settings, lighting, and audio recording. The Leuven Institute for Media and Learning (LIMEL) at KU Leuven has put together an excellent resource with explanatory videos and information on video production.
In any case, please ensure that you follow the general guidelines for video productions.
