Due to a stay abroad, we are renting out our apartment at Ochsenbeinstrasse 6 in Bern in a quiet and central location: 150m from the Steigerhubel stop on streetcar lines 7 and 8, 500m from Europaplatz, 1.8km from the Von Roll university building, 2.5km from the train station. The apartment has 3.5 rooms: a bedroom, a living room, a room with a workplace and sofa bed and an open kitchen with dining room. There is also a balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is sublet furnished. The rent including utilities is CHF 2050. Viewings on request.

The dining area between the kitchen and living room is large enough for an extendable wooden table. The kitchen has everything you need: Dishwasher, oven, large fridge incl. freezer, coffee machine. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and just a few pieces of furniture. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60) and two closets. In the third room there is a workplace, a TV and another sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. On the balcony there is a round folding table with 2 to max. 4 chairs. The surroundings are green and there is a large table for everyone in the garden. The entrance area with built-in wardrobe leads directly to the bathroom.
